Requirements
The real estate program myImmobilien is an internet-based application; access to the internet is therefore the basic requirement in order to install and maintain the program.
Further requirements in order to install myImmobilien:
- A webserver or a webhosting offer (recommending Linux/Apache)
- PHP version 4.1 or higher
- MySQL version 3.23 or higher
The installed php version must support MySQL. The GD-LIB ist recommended for full-use of available features like automatic thumbnail creation.
Price
The real estate program myImmobilien is available in two options. The legal value-added tax is not included in the prices.
You can purchase a full license for 299,- Euro. The full license allows you to install the software on one website indefinitely. You can put an unlimited number of offerings online. Monthly or other payments do not occur. We perform the first installation of the software on your server if wanted. For an additional charge, we will merge myImmobilien in your already existing website. Please ask us. In this option all teisger consult copyright notices within design templates must remain unchanged and visible.
The second option is a branding-free-license with the same features like the full licence, but you have the right to remove the copyright notice from the design templates. This options costs 399,- Euro.
